How Gatenox Hub delivers 1-click corporate KYC

What is the Gatenox Hub?

The Gatenox Hub is a secure web-based application which streamlines your corporate KYC process. It requires no technical integration and is ready to use out of the box.

For the verifier, that is whoever wants to check counterparty risk profile, it offers a customizable data collection process and automated pre-screening of individuals on the OFAC sanctions list. Additional credits may be purchased for automated checks on a variety of other official sanctions, PEP and criminal lists. Our research shows that data collection and review takes close to 90% less time versus traditional processes.

For the user, via Gatenox ID Node, we provide a seamless user experience with prompts to check for data completeness and pre-populated fields where public data is available. The killer feature is an “upload once, use many times” capability for the user data which is stored as a company ‘passport’ which can then be presented to various verifiers for corporate KYC. This enables the user to send corporate KYC data through in 1-click.

Gatenox Hub default data collection

While the data collection process can be customizable for the verifier, the Gatenox Hub comes pre-loaded with the following data collection fields primarily divided into 3 main parts, ie Company Details, Directors, and Company Structure (including UBOs). Each part has an easy-to-use wizard that guides the user throughout the data collection process.

Company details

  • Preparation – displays information about the data and documents that are required;
  • Basic Data – asks data related to incorporation;
  • Addresses – asks data related to Registered Address and Office Address;
  • Business Activity – asks data about the nature of your business;
  • Additional Data – asks about any additional information that may be required.

Directors

  • Preparation – displays information about the data and documents that are required;
  • List of Directors – asks data regarding directors’ basic personal information such as date of birth and position;
  • Verification – asks Know Your Customer (KYC) data for each director.

Company Structure

  • Preparation – displays information about the data and documents that are required;
  • Shareholders – asks data regarding the structure of your company;
  • UBOs – displays information regarding UBOs (taken from the company structure);
  • Verification – asks data regarding Individual and Corporate shareholders.

Gatenox Hub review process for the verifier

Each corporate KYC application in the Gatenox Hub is divided into 6 main parts of information, namely:

  • Company Details – displays all details related to company incorporation data, addresses, etc.;
  • Directors – displays all details related to company directors (including required KYC information);
  • UBOs – displays all details related to company UBOs (including required KYC information);
  • Company Structure – displays all shareholders (this part is connected with the company structure graph that you can see at the top of the review page);
  • Identified Issues – displays all identified potential issues, e.g. presence of company entities or individuals on sanction, PEP or criminal lists;
  • Assessment – section where you can accept or reject the application and include summary notes.

A summary of any identified potential issues will appear at the top of the page e.g. presence of company entities or individuals on sanction, PEP or criminal lists in a red section. If no potential issues are found, a green section will be displayed at the top of the page.

1-click KYC

After a user has completed their corporate KYC information, their dashboard will show other verifiers who they can submit their data to. They can simply select the name of the verifier and submit their corporate KYC information in 1-click.
